About the Role
The Company is in search of a Managing Director / VP of IT Staffing to take on a pivotal role in leading and growing its technical services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for both sales and recruiting, with a strong focus on driving operational excellence, market expansion, and long-term organizational growth. This executive position demands a proven leader with a background in technology staffing, capable of overseeing a team, coaching for high performance, and building a culture of growth and collaboration. The role also involves supporting strategic business development, expanding client relationships, and participating in the executive leadership team to shape business strategy. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a strong sales background, experience in both sales and recruiting leadership, and a demonstrated ability to scale staffing operations.
