Job Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets. - Identify and establish relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the region. - Conduct regular market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. - Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales processes. - Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement. - Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand network and promote company offerings. - Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. - Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute regional marketing campaigns. - Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all regional sales activities. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a regional or territory-based role - Proven track record of me eting or exceeding sales targets - Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - Valid driver's license Salary Description
