I've been with State Farm since 1987, holding roles in Underwriting, Public Affairs, and Fire Claims before becoming an agent. I graduated from the University of Illinois and am proud to have raised my family while building a career centered on serving others. Giving back to the community has always been important to me. ROLE DESCRIPTION As Account Associate for Cater Minnis - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
