Role Responsibilities As a Journeyman Electrician at WSI Southwest, you will lead by example on‑site. Your day‑to‑day will involve: Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in accordance with NEC standards. Reading blueprints, circuit diagrams, and other technical specifications. Troubleshooting complex electrical issues and providing efficient solutions. Mentoring Electrical Helpers and Apprentices to ensure safety and quality control. Communicating effectively with project managers and clients. Requirements Valid Journeyman Electrician License (Required). Deep understanding of current National Electrical Code (NEC). Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions. Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
