We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is passionate about delivering high-quality specialty infusion care and improving the patient experience through exceptional clinical leadership and personalized care. $10,000 Sign-On Bonus | Relocation Assistance Available This position supports patient care within an Ambulatory Infusion Suite/Clinic (AIS/AIC) and other care settings as needed. We're looking for a clinician who combines advanced clinical expertise with accountability, collaboration, and a patient-centered approach to care. This is an on-site position in Soldotna, Alaska , with schedules and work locations subject to change based on business needs. Why This Role Matters As a Nurse Practitioner at LUX Infusion, you play a central role in ensuring patients receive safe, evidence‑based infusion therapy in a supportive, well‑coordinated environment. You provide direct care while also shaping clinical excellence across teams and locations. In this role, your work will: Help patients safely receive complex specialty therapies with confidence Support clinical teams through leadership, guidance, and best practices Strengthen care delivery through consistency, compliance, and collaboration Every clinical decision connects back to real people managing chronic, often life‑changing conditions — and your leadership helps ensure their care experience is exceptional. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Develop, implement, and oversee individualized infusion treatment plans, adjusting care as patient needs evolve Perform comprehensive patient assessments, prescribe medications, interpret labs, and manage infusion therapies within scope of practice Provide direct patient care, including infusion oversight and clinical decision‑making Educate patients and caregivers on therapies, safety, and expectations throughout treatment Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) Monitor medication and supply inventory to support safe and efficient clinical operations Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA and payer credentialing Collaborate closely with referring providers, nurses, pharmacists, and administrative partners Lead quality assurance activities, accreditation readiness, and process improvement initiatives Provide mentorship, supervision, and clinical leadership to RNs, LPNs, and clinical support staff Support workflow optimization, staffing coordination, and multi‑site clinical alignment as needed Respond appropriately to patient concerns or medical emergencies within scope of practice What We’re Looking For You may be a great fit if you bring: A Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program An active, unrestricted NP license in the state of practice DEA registration , state‐controlled substance license, and NPI number BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Strong IV access skills and experience with biologic and specialty medication protocols Experience coordinating patient care, managing inventory, and maintaining regulatory compliance in an outpatient infusion setting Proficiency with EMR documentation and clinical workflow optimization Preferred Qualifications Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification Three (3) or more years of experience managing patients on specialty infusion therapies Five (5) or more years of infusion therapy experience in an AIS/AIC setting Why LUX Infusion At LUX Infusion, we believe infusion care deserves more light — more warmth, more clarity, and more connection.
