Job TitleJob Description Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree Required Experience: 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience Preferred Experience: 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting - Proficiency in recruiting systems such as LinkedIn and 8fold - 1+ year consulting with multiple hiring managers simultaneously - Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment Job Summary: The HR Recruiter will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, build diverse candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience in support of the company's talent acquisition goals. Job Duties: - Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies - Manage full lifecycle recruiting, including job descriptions, sourcing, screening, advising, offer negotiation, and closing - Develop and execute sourcing plans leveraging search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative techniques - Own the candidate development process from identification and engagement through offer extension - Work cross-functionally with a high-performing recruiting team and promote a culture of inclusion and empowerment - Leverage recruiting data to provide proactive status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
