James Free Jewelers, a family-owned, nationally renowned jeweler, is currently seeking an energetic and motivated Guest Services Representative who embodies our values of Integrity, Pride, Honor, and Commitment to create exceptional buying experiences for our clients. The right candidate will effectively showcase James Free's products and deliver excellence that exceeds our guests' expectations at each point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exceed guests' expectations by offering positive, personalized sales and service.
• Engage guests at point of sale with product and service insights, selection, and financing options.
• Ensure that the point of sale function is consistent and correct and that all relevant information and documents are shared with every guest.
• Perform reconciliation of daily receipts and preparation of daily deposits.
• Audit POS transactions to ensure that all business and operational rules are followed.
• Increase brand awareness and guest base through direct sales, relationship building, and marketing events.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals and maintain James Free standards throughout store operations.
• Ensure that transactions, record keeping, inventory, and reporting are performed consistently and in accordance with company guidelines.

• Skilled in building rapport and effectively managing guest relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of internal motivation and desire to achieve goals with excellence.
• Desire to represent the James Free brand with professionalism and integrity.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, PC applications, and standard office equipment.
• 2- or 3 years experience in retail and POS preferred; experience in luxury retail, or diamond, jewelry & Swiss timepiece sales a plus.
