Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced PMHNP to join our growing, mission-driven organization focused on providing high quality holistic mental health care to women throughout all reproductive life stages including perinatal to perimenopause.

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive, holistic psychiatric care to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients through a fully remote telehealth model .
• Practice within a care model that prioritizes clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist .
• This is a 1099 contract, expected to average up to 5-10 hours a week .
• Conduct 60 minute intake and 20-30 minute follow ups using your clinical judgment to determine appropriate session length.
• Adapt and grow with an early-stage startup environment , contributing to evolving workflows and best practices.

Who you are

• Active Board Certified NC (North Carolina) PMHNP license in good standing.
• Priority given to candidates who hold at least 3 additional state licenses in our open | coming soon markets .
• RN Compact licensure preferred. No DEA required (We do not prescribe controlled substances).
• Minimum one year experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population .
• 6+ months working in telehealth .
• Solid understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal period .
• Grounded in evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans and guiding clinical care.
• Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication.
• Adaptable and motivated to grow within an early-stage startup , contributing to evolving workflows while maintaining high quality mental health care.
• Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and Google Suite, as well as an eagerness to learn new programs efficiently.
