About the position:
This is a closing position in a bar, requiring late nights, with shifts likely finishing between 1am and 2am. We're looking to schedule four 10-hour days to allow for more flexibility and free time for cooks while still providing full-time hours. The position will consist primarily of cooking on the line, with prep tasks assigned depending on business volume.
