Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information with accuracy, professionalism, and urgency. Assist customers with policy changes and updates, ensuring requests are handled correctly and efficiently. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers to confirm next steps, manage expectations, and keep cases moving. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to ensure documentation is thorough, up-to-date, and compliant. Support sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate insurance solutions and additional products/services. Work proactively to ensure customers feel supported at every step—from policy questions to claims resolution. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you can build trust quickly and keep customers informed. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in insurance or a customer-facing role.
