Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking a part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to manage patients in a private practice setting. This role involves treating patients in-office as well as conducting telehealth visits for individuals in New York and New Jersey. Primary Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of mental health conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on diagnosis and treatment options. Prescribe medications. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Collaborate with physicians to ensure the highest quality of patient care. Qualifications: Currently hold a New York Nurse Practitioner license with ANCC or AANP board certification and preferably New Jersey or willingness to apply. A valid NPI number. Malpractice insurance. DEA/CDS registration (or eligibility to obtain). Benefits & Compensation: Paid time off. Reimbursement for malpractice insurance and DEA. Hourly Wage- $90.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
