Clinical Oncology Specialist
Natera
Natera seeks a Clinical Oncology Specialist to develop and manage an oncology diagnostics sales territory in south-central Pennsylvania. The role involves building physician relationships, executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth across academic and community cancer centers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for assigned territory
- Build and maintain key opinion leader relationships with cancer centers and clinics
- Achieve sales objectives while managing revenue and expenses
- Implement laboratory services agreements and cross-functional initiatives
- Maintain proficiency in Natera products, competitor offerings, and payer landscapes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of successful sales experience
- Oncology or diagnostic sales background preferred
- Knowledge of molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine, and reimbursement
- Demonstrated leadership and financial management capabilities
- Ability to travel 50-75% within territory
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Oncology clinical and medical expertise
