About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP - HRBP with a focus on performance management to join their executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic talent and organizational leadership, including the development and execution of talent and organizational effectiveness strategies aligned with value creation goals. This role involves partnering with the CHRO and executive team to drive a high-performance culture and aligning people strategies with growth, scalability, and margin objectives. The VP - HRBP will also lead the people-side of M&A integration, implement consistent talent and leadership practices across newly acquired entities, and drive change management tied to acquisitions, restructuring, and transformation. Applicants must have 12-15+ years' of progressive HR experience, with a strong preference for those who have worked in a private equity-backed, high-growth, or services environment. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), demonstrated M&A integration experience, and a proven track record in developing leaders within field-based or distributed workforces. The ideal candidate will possess a strong operational and commercial mindset, executive presence, and the ability to influence leaders at all levels. Key skills include organizational design, change leadership, and data-driven decision-making. The role also involves leading the HRBP function, overseeing the Director of HRBPs, and equipping HRBPs to support frontline leaders in performance, team effectiveness, and engagement.
