He would be responsible for leading the planners and schedulers, coordinating and approving product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability. **Shift Hours : 10:00 pm – 06:30 am mst (Sun - thu)****What a typical day looks like:*** Checking the possibility of the order fulfillment based on the available resources (materials, employees, equipment etc.), confirmation of the order.* Preparation of production plans, input of planning data into the integrated computer system of the company, notification of the purchasing group* Monitoring, control of implementation of plans, starting necessary actions in case of deviations* Preparation of long-term plans, forecasts (MPS, Forecast)* Monitoring of system accuracy in daily/weekly bases /General Item data, routing, BOM, CFT data /Non-consumed demand, planned WO’s.* Preparing of Clean to build report’s, checking the material availability, replanning if necessary, informing of order desk, ECO implementation tracing.* Monitoring of stock level, handling of stock differences. Preparing management and CFT specificities reports, monitoring of KPI’s /* Giving assistance, replacement in certain cases to SCM and Order desk within the CFT.* Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests.* Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date (CSD), lead-time, response time, and inventory goals.* Coordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs. May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs.* Coordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues.* Drives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management.* Provides input to management, reschedules, and /or interfaces with customer program management, master scheduling, customers and production control to reschedule production in the event of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions* Represents Order Management on various Customer Focus Teams.
