Tryfacta is seeking a CNA LTC for our client in Amsterdam, NY 12010. This is a 13-week contract assignment with all possible extension. Position Title: CNA LTC Location: Amsterdam, NY 12010 Duration: 13 weeks contract with all possible extension Shift: Flexible

Schedule:

• 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
• 2:00 PM 10:30 PM

Flexible Day/Evening shifts

• Double shifts required every Saturday and Sunday
• One additional shift during the week
• Guarantee Hours: 40

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and blood glucose levels as required
• Observe patient behavior and report changes in condition to the nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
• Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and ambulation using proper body mechanics
• Support nurses with routine patient care tasks as delegated
• Ensure compliance with infection control policies, safety standards, and facility guidelines
• Provide compassionate care while promoting patient dignity and comfort

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Minimum 2 years of CNA experience preferred
• Preferred EMR System: EPIC
• Knowledge of basic patient care, vital signs, and ADLs
• Ability to observe and report changes in patient condition
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Completion of an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program (preferred)
