Job Description

What We're Looking For:

• Completion of a masters degree in Speech Language Pathology and eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Active Florida provisional SLP license from the Department of Health
• Willingness to work onsite in school environments; virtual roles are not offered
• Commitment to full-time hours (35 hours per week)
• Flexibility to be assigned across multiple school locations within the county
• Dedication to completing time-sensitive credentialing requirements, including fingerprinting for Florida school districts and securing a JLA badge as needed
• Ability to engage in an internal eligibility interview and timely onboarding

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students across a variety of age groups and caseloads
• Collaborate with supervising SLP-CCCs, teachers, and school staff
• Complete all required documentation and comply with district, state, and ethical standards
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs) as needed
• Adapt therapy plans to meet diverse student needs
