We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the Courtyard by Marriott Mission Valley / Hotel Circle, one of San Diego's most desirable business and leisure destinations. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing talent, maximizing revenue, and creating a culture where both associates and guests love coming to work and stay. What You’ll Do Lead all aspects of hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Sales, and Finance. Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong expense controls and profitability. Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and ensure Marriott brand standards are consistently exceeded. Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop an engaged, high-performing leadership team. Foster a positive culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and recognition. Analyze business trends and implement strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and market share. Build relationships with local businesses and community partners to drive new business opportunities. Ensure compliance with all company, brand, and safety standards. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of hotel General Manager experience in a branded hotel. Marriott experience strongly preferred. Proven success leading full hotel operations and achieving financial goals. Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills. Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting. Passion for guest service and operational excellence.
