As a team member for the Landon Kovacs State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you improve your community. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Our team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Kalamazoo, MI and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:

- Home insurance
- Life insurance
- Retirement planning
State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
