What You'll Be Doing: You'll play a vital role in the lab from collecting and processing blood, urine, and tissue samples to performing routine diagnostic tests. Using modern lab equipment and your sharp attention to detail, you'll help ensure accurate, timely results that physicians rely on to make critical decisions.

You'll also be responsible for reporting findings, maintaining clear documentation, and ensuring everything in the lab stays compliant, safe, and organized. It's a role that requires focus, collaboration, and a deep sense of purpose and we're here to support you every step of the way.

What You'll Need:

• Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Lab Science, Biology, or a related field
• Recent grads and those finishing up an MLT program are highly encouraged to apply
• Certification through ASCP, AMT, or equivalent is preferred or eligibility to obtain it
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfort with computers and digital lab systems
• A commitment to accuracy and patient care
