Salary: Starting at $235,000+ annually + bonuses

Overview

We are actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing outpatient primary care practice in the Kansas City, MO area. This is a rewarding opportunity for a physician who values work-life balance, a supportive clinical team, and the ability to build a patient panel that fits your preferences-whether that's all ages or adults only .

Outpatient-only schedule - no inpatient duties or OB
Flexible panel - see patients of all ages , or adults only at select clinics

Competitive base salary starting at $235,000+ with performance bonuses

Requirements:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Missouri
Strong clinical skills and a patient-first mindset
