Job Description We have an Open Position in our Sears Part Store in Wichita, KS. The Sales Associate is an Entry Level Position, and is responsible for providing positive frontline contact with the customer, determining and meeting customer needs, providing customer assistance and support, and ensuring customer’s experience is positive. The Associate will also provide excellent communication to translate customer needs into solutions and exercise appropriate persuasiveness needed to close sales.
