What you’ll do Day‑to‑day responsibilities include: Understand departmental structure, create schedules, manage payroll reporting and forecast operational needs. Handle guest special requests (dietary restrictions, room preferences, special occasions). Identify and report maintenance issues and work to resolve them with relevant teams. Communicate effectively with other departments and the extended hotel team to maintain alignment. Deliver exceptional guest service independently. The role requires strong communication, tolerance for varying schedules including weekends and holidays, and the ability to physically lift up to 50 pounds.
