This executive will oversee the integration of artificial intelligence, robotics, intelligent control systems, and advanced automation technologies to improve industrial productivity, operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation. The role offers an opportunity to shape the development of intelligent industrial infrastructure through advanced automation and emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's industrial automation and AI strategy. Lead initiatives involving AI-powered manufacturing, robotics, and intelligent automation. Integrate AI, industrial IoT, machine learning, and predictive analytics into industrial operations. Drive improvements in productivity, operational performance, and energy efficiency. Oversee automation architecture and industrial control systems, including PLC, SCADA, and DCS. Collaborate with engineering, AI, manufacturing, and energy management teams. Develop strategic partnerships with industrial technology and automation providers. Build, mentor, and lead high-performing automation and engineering teams. Ensure automation programs align with applicable safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements. Lead complex technology transformation programs and establish measurable performance objectives. Qualifications Extensive senior-level experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial technology, with 25+ years preferred . Demonstrated executive leadership in large-scale industrial automation or technology transformation initiatives. Strong expertise in AI-driven automation, robotics, and industrial control systems. Knowledge of Industry 4.0, industrial IoT, smart manufacturing, and energy optimization. Track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and complex technical programs. Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and business development capabilities. Ability to lead distributed teams and oversee complex initiatives in a remote work environment.
