Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

$2448.00/week - Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery RN to provide comprehensive maternal and neonatal care. The nurse will be responsible for managing labor, delivery, postpartum, and nursery care in a Level II nursery environment. Responsibilities: Deliver expert nursing care to mothers during labor, delivery, and postpartum phases. Monitor and assess fetal and maternal well-being throughout labor and delivery. Provide newborn care in the Level II nursery, including feeding, assessments, and safety monitoring. Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes. Prepare and assist in surgical procedures such as C-sections in the operating suite. Educate patients and families on postpartum and newborn care best practices. Qualifications: Hold an active and valid RN license. At least 2 years of experience in labor and delivery nursing. Current certifications in BLS, NRP, and ACLS. Demonstrate competence in both labor/delivery and nursery/Couple Care settings. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 10-bed LDRP environment with Level II nursery. Able to work 3-12 hour night shifts, with potential for EOW rotation.
