About the team

The Global Marketing Design Studio is a creative team working across London, New York, Chicago, and Singapore. We support key revenue opportunities, strengthen the Groupe's visual identity, and deliver design across the organization. The team works closely together across offices and time zones.

The role

You'll work with teams across Publicis Groupe to shape and deliver design for pitch presentations, digital and product storytelling, brand systems, and internal and external communications.

Strong fundamentals matter- typography, scale, hierarchy, color, rhythm, and consistency - as does the ability to move quickly from brief to execution. You should be comfortable taking direction from a design lead while also pushing the work with your own thinking.


Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Build pitch presentations that stand apart - detailed, considered, and designed to the same standard as anything we'd put in front of a client
• Create print and digital collateral for global, regional, and local pitches and programs
• Extend the work into experiential and environmental executions
• Develop and protect Publicis' visual identity across everything you touch
• Interpret client needs and translate them into creative solutions, not just deliverables
• Bring fresh thinking to briefs - new formats, new approaches, work that doesn't look like the last version of itself
• Run several projects at once and hit deadlines without dropping quality

Qualifications

What you'll bring

• A portfolio with strong presentation design, layout work, and creative examples
• Deep skill in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Branding and identity design experience
• The organization to juggle competing timelines and short turnarounds

Nice to have

• Working familiarity with AI image and video generation tools, and a point of view on where they're useful
• A creative practice outside of work - we're curious what you make when nobody's briefing you

Compensation Range: USD $66,120.00 - USD $91,350.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
