Job Description:

• Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical unit.

• Administer medications and treatments safely.

• Monitor and document patient conditions and progress.

• Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare staff.

• Educate patients and families on care and post-discharge instructions.

• Respond to patient emergencies as needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Active RN license in [State].

• Minimum 1–2 years medical-surgical nursing experience.

• BLS/ACLS certification required.

• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
