Carilion Family Medicine - Rocky Mount Turnpike

is searching for an industrious, ABMS/AOA-BE/BC family medicine physician to help us continue to meet the needs of the community in Rocky Mount, Virginia. Join two physicians along with an ACP to practice full scope family medicine excluding OB in an outpatient practice. Inpatient medicine call and coverage is managed by the Hospitalist program at Carilion Franklin Memorial Hospital, a 37-bed acute-care facility.

Site qualifies for the National Health Service Corps (NHSC).

Founded in 1975 by Dr. Francis Amos and Dr. Jack Bumgardner, the practice joined Carilion Health System in 1996. Both physicians have served the Rocky Mount and Franklin County community for more than 35 years.

Serving an area of nearly 50,000 people, the practice provides outpatient care to children and adults. The office utilizes an advanced access appointment system, computerized medical records, centralized registration and billing, and offers waived laboratory services.

Salary Range:

$220,000.00 – $320,000.00
