We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. What You'll Do Be the first point of contact for members, providing excellent customer service over the phone. Listen to member needs and offer clear, helpful solutions. Assist with questions about accounts, debit and credit cards, loans, savings products, and other financial services. Use multiple computer systems to research information and support members efficiently. Build positive relationships by delivering professional, friendly, and accurate service. Identify member needs and connect them with products and services that may help them reach their financial goals. What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norfolk, VA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
