Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Interventional Radiology Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the performance of invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including PICC and central line placements.
• Operate specialized radiologic equipment such as Phillips Biplane to capture necessary diagnostic information.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure information is entered into Meditech EMR.
• Coordinate and prepare patients for procedures, ensuring informed consent and patient safety.
• Provide post-procedure care and monitoring in the unit's holding spaces.
• Participate in after-hours call coverage including weekends.

Qualifications

• Current and active RT-R certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proven experience in interventional radiology settings.
• Familiarity with neuro-interventional radiology is highly desirable.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
