Forklift OperatorLocation: Needham, MA, US, 02494 Compensation: $28.69 per hour Schedule: 5 day work week. Must be flexible to cover any 5 days Monday-Saturday. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperate industrial vehicles and equipment to transport raw materials, full goods and/or finished goods to designated areaLoad and unload trailers and/or route trucksMove product and/or materials manually as requiredAssist with shipping and receiving functions as directedEnsure compliance with regulatory and company policies and proceduresJob Requirements High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred Forklift certification preferred 1+ years of prior warehouse, stocking or forklift experience preferred Must have the ability to lift, carry and position product weighing up to 50 pounds above shoulder height without assistance Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistanceEligible employees may have access to a comprehensive benefits package, which may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, life insurance, paid time off, fitness reimbursements, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts, scholarship opportunities, and more. *Benefits eligibility and offerings may vary based on position, location, employment type, and union governance.Employment with Coke Northeast is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of a pre-employment background verification.
