Marketing & Business Development ManagerConklin, NY Manufacturing / B2BSalary: $70,000–$88,000/yearWe’re partnering with a stable manufacturing company in the materials processing industry to hire a Marketing & Business Development Manager. This role owns end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for a growing B2B organization.What You’ll DoLead B2B marketing strategy across traditional and digital channelsManage trade shows, print, direct mail, product launches, and marketing collateralDrive customer acquisition, retention and reengagementOwn digital marketing: website management, SEO, PPC/Google Ads, social media, analytics, and email campaignsAnalyze sales, market, and competitor data to guide strategyManage outside marketing agencies and vendorsSupport the sales team and coordinate cross-functionallyOversee brand messaging, corporate communications, and continuous improvement initiativesWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceProven success in B2B marketing (manufacturing/industrial strongly preferred)Strong experience with SEO, PPC, websites, email marketing, and analyticsAnalytical, organized, and project-orientedExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsCompensation & BenefitsYear-end bonusPaid holidays, vacation, and sick timeEmployer sponsored health insurance + supplemental coverage401(k) with Safe Harbor match#IND2 #J-18808-Ljbffr Employmentsolutions Ny
