Pharmacist In Charge - Independent Compounding Pharmacy

Our client, an independently owned healthcare group in the Tulsa Metro area is seeking a solid leader for their Compounding (503A and B) pharmacy operation. This pharmacy is established and ready to scale. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and driven pharmacist with great leadership skills to lead some very exciting growth!

The individual in this role will be responsible for leading the pharmacy and overseeing day-to-day pharmacy operations; providing oversight, leadership, and mentoring for all pharmacy personnel. Extensive training as well as ongoing support will be provided to the incumbent. Pharmacy is located in a small town setting just south of Tulsa; easy commute from most areas of Tulsa. Weekdays only.

Requirements:

Pharm D degree or bachelor's degree in pharmacy
Licensed to practice as a pharmacist in OK, an active OK license in good standing
Experience with start-up or independent pharmacy operations a plus
Great customer service and entrepreneurial spirit
