Professional with relevant experience in the medical field, ensuring the efficient and effective support of healthcare professionals in delivering quality work.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPeople First – Delivers exceptional customer service by putting patients first, approaching challenges with a problem-solving mindset, and consistently demonstrating professionalism, compassion, and respect for everyoneBe Accountable – Consistently reliable and hard-working, demonstrating strong accountability and deep commitment to achieving responsibilities and goalsWe Before Me – Collaborative team player who steps in to help first and actively encourages teamwork to achieve shared goalsPursue Excellence – Expects, projects, and demonstrates excellence through consistent attention to detail in everything they doCommunicate Well – Consistently delivers clear, concise, and professional communication across all interactionsPrimary:Provides real time chart documentation for physicians with the highest level of accuracy and efficiencyRecords patient's history and diagnoses in the EHR as relayed by patient and/or physicianDetermines pertinent specifics of physical exam that should be recorded in the patient's EHRPlaces orders in the EHR for diagnostic testing and orders for prescriptions as indicated by physicianRecord diagnostic and pathologic results into the chart as determined by physicianOutlines the physician's medical impression and prepares the plan of follow-up care as indicated by the physicianAssists patients when necessary and answers patient questions where appropriateCompletes MIPS criteria as indicated during the patient examRequirementsPrevious experience in medical setting.Possesses strong oral and written skills for corresponding with physicians, patients, fellow employees, third party insurance company representatives.Preferred License/Experience/SkillsEpic EHR experienceEqual employment opportunity for all is a very important philosophy for our practice.
