Arcade Associate

Round One Entertainment is looking to hire Customer Service Associates for our Amusement Department. Are you into video games, bowling, or karaoke? Are you friendly, outgoing, and enjoy working in a fun environment? Then you are the kind of person we want to hire! Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. Minimum one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment. Please note that any staff handling alcohol must be at least 21 years or older. Open availability is preferred. Benefits 1 hour to play (non-prize) arcade games per week. 90 minutes of bowling per week (shoes included). 1 hour of karaoke/billiards per week. 50% discount on food items per working shift. 1 complimentary beverage per working shift. Essential Duties During assigned shifts engage customers to determine whether their needs are met. Maintain inventory levels in amusement games. Maintain games and counters clean and visibly attractive to customers’ eyes. Respond responsively, and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests. Answer phone calls for all general inquiries. Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management. Non-Essential Duties Conduct alcohol and age restriction control by company policies. Conduct lost and found procedures according to company policies. Seek constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes. Comply and maintain confidentiality of all company policies and procedures. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected. The noise level is usually loud. Physical Demands Regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces. Required to stand and walk for extended periods without breaks during busy times. Need to use hands/fingers to handle, feel, and reach.
