Job DetailsThis position is a 10-hour shift from Monday through Thursday on 1st shift (5am - 3:30pm).We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications/skills/experiences:Ability to interpret/understand drawings, quality plans, and other documents as neededAbility to interpret/understand dimension specifications & tolerancesAbility to follow written instructions and inspection techniquesHave experience with calipers, micrometers, snap meters, thread ring gages, Rockwell hardness testing equipment, effective case depth measuring equipment (Microvickers), dial indicatorsInspect parts at various stages of the production processMaintains a clean work environment to eliminate potential product contaminationPerform visual quality auditsBasic knowledge utilizing Excel, MSOffice, Access, QuickBase, and OutlookAbility to exhibit a keen perception in all areas of quality assuranceIdentify non-conforming items, document defects, and report findings to relevant teamsExcellent work historyGood communication skillsQualificationsHigh School or Equivalent or better.Manufacturing and/or Quality inspection experience preferredEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
