Growing together.  Position Details: Position Highlights:Established orthopedic practice with strong referral network and immediate patient demand to support rapid practice growthFour-day work weekFlexibility to customize clinic and surgical volumeExperienced PA and dedicated orthopedic support teamAccess to Mako robotic-assisted technologyOn-site imaging and modern surgical facilitiesOptional call, 1:5 rotation at Level III Trauma hospitalCollaborative, provider-led cultureLeadership and teaching opportunitiesTeam & Support:1 experienced Orthopedic PA with flexibility to support clinic visits, surgical cases, and pre- and post-operative patient careIntegrated Sports Medicine PhysicianThree Podiatrists (two surgical, one non-surgical)Dedicated Orthopedic support staff, including experienced MAs, Athletic Trainer, and Surgery SchedulerOn-site X-ray, ultrasound, CT, and MRIAdditional Details:Typical schedule includes two clinic days and two surgery daysFlexibility to adjust clinic and OR time as your practice growsAverage clinic volumes of 18-22 patients per dayClose-knit, provider-led culture built on collaboration, trust, and mutual supportYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:* MD or DO degree* Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery* Oregon medical license or ability to obtain* DEA registration prior to start date* Current BLS certificationBenefits: * Competitive compensation, bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits package* Leadership pathways within a national physician-led organization* CME reimbursement and dedicated CME time off* Professional license and certification reimbursement* Malpractice coverage* 401(k) with company match and Executive Savings Plan eligibility* Generous paid time off, paid holidays, and a floating holiday* Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $430,000 - $887,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
