The Program Manager, will be an integral part of the team working on critical enterprise wide Data Architecture initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work across many different Fidelity Business Units, platforms and technologies.

- You are highly organized and have a proven track record to prioritize your work
- You understand the importance of being detail oriented, complemented by a high degree of accuracy

- You have good business judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality of all data

- Proactively partnering with domain, product area, squad, and other leaders to:
- Influence strategic decisions and remove impediments to delivering increased value
- Measure performance through established objectives that deliver agreed upon business, technology, and people results
- Align team members across product areas or squads as needed
- Coordination and oversight on multiple working groups, programs and other initiatives. Ensure all tasks associated with the programs are completed across resources in multiple Business Units.
- Provide support for key decisions, strategic outcomes and alignment across Fidelity.
- Building trust and demonstrating proven working relationships with key business partners.
- Seeking opportunities to proactively provide valuable insight and looking for continuous improvement and seeks feedback from business partners
