Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations.

Develop and present customized personal lines insurance quotes and proposals.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and ensuring satisfaction.

Actively seek new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.

Service existing accounts, addressing inquiries, and processing policy changes efficiently.

Stay current with industry trends, policy changes, and new product offerings to provide expert advice.

Requirements

Active Ohio Property & Casualty License.

Proven experience in insurance sales, client acquisition, or a related client-facing role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.

A genuine passion for helping people find the right insurance solutions.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using agency management software and standard office applications.
