Getting Started

Our paid 4-day orientation is designed to make your transition simple. Transportation, meals, and lodging are provided so there are no out-of-pocket expenses during onboarding.

You'll be paired with a dedicated driver manager who provides clear communication and ongoing support. Our Path to Success pay program helps provide financial stability while transitioning into your new position.

Qualifications

Valid CDL-A license
Valid DOT Medical Card
Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 12 months
Safe driving record
Able to complete orientation
