Northwest Texas, short drive from Amarillo, Dallas and Oklahoma City.

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 8a-5p

Weekend Coverage: some weekend coverage may be required.

Holiday Requirement: some holidays may be required.

On-call Requirement: per Department need

Dress Code: scrubs, no designated color

Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services within scope of practice in order to restore function and prevent disability for clients or patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and cardiopulmonary disorders. Performs responsibilities in accordance with department and Hospital Policies, state, federal and regulatory requirements.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state Occupational Therapy certification/license
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate.
• National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy certification, AOTA and OTAC preferred.
• 1-2 minimum experience
