About the Role As Production Coordinator , you will play an integral role in supporting EnVogue's global production process, helping ensure products move efficiently from purchase order through final delivery. Working closely with Production, Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Logistics, and international manufacturing partners, you will help keep production on track while maintaining quality standards and meeting customer timelines. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working across teams, managing multiple priorities, and solving problems in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. Responsibilities Coordinate production orders from purchase order placement through final shipment, tracking key milestones and delivery timelines. Maintain and update production schedules, order details, approvals, and status reports to ensure accurate and timely information across teams. Communicate regularly with international factories and vendors regarding production status, samples, approvals, and delivery requirements. Coordinate PP (Pre-Production), TOP (Top of Production), and other production samples, ensuring timely submission, review, and approval. Track product testing, quality requirements, and customer specifications throughout the production process. Proactively flag production delays, quality concerns, and potential delivery issues, partnering with internal teams and vendors to support resolution. Partner closely with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Logistics, and Sales to ensure smooth handoffs and successful production execution. Assist with factory and vendor follow-up, including pricing, lead times, production updates, and shipment details. Maintain organized production records, documentation, and reporting to support efficient workflows and visibility across the business. Support ongoing process improvements that enhance production efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Production, Sourcing, Product Development, Supply Chain, or a related function within home décor, home textiles, consumer products, fashion, or a similar industry. Understanding of product development and production processes, including purchase orders, samples, approvals, and production timelines. Experience communicating with international factories, vendors, or suppliers is strongly preferred. Familiarity with product testing, quality assurance, and compliance processes is a plus. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with production tracking systems and reports.
