Senior Corporate Paralegal

Providing advanced support to attorneys in litigation, the part-time Senior Corporate Paralegal will manage case files, coordinate discovery, prepare legal documents, and conduct research while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of EEOC, FEPA, and similar agency filings, including internal investigations and preparation of documents Assist in managing litigation files from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation Conduct legal and factual research, summarize findings, and mentor junior paralegals on litigation procedures Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field Minimum of 15 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in complex or high-volume cases Demonstrated experience with EEOC/FEPA management, discovery, and trial preparation Proficiency with legal software and tools, including Westlaw and LexisNexis U.S. Citizenship is required
