We build in a way that allows for shipping quickly and efficiently. We have remarkable uptime because we build safety nets that keep us from worrying that shipping quickly is going to break something serious. Each person on the team owns the full product lifecycle and gets to reap the rewards of that. When you’re building software end-to-end with ownership like this in the modern era of AI coding tools, it’s as much fun to code as the “good old days” pre-AI (or more so). We aggressively adopt engineering usage of AI tools however they help you and the team be the best we can be. Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or any other major if you are skilled and passionate about building great software. 3.5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience. Full-stack is required to match the way we build. 1+ years of direct experience in AI context engineering. You want to join a startup. You might think it’s risky, or you might not. Let’s talk. 2.5+ years of love for efficient software engineering workflows. Do you use neovim? I don’t care. Do you love your setup? Now we’re talking. Our stack is Ruby on Rails and React. Experience in either is not required, and exposure to other frameworks and languages is a plus. Must be willing to work hard and innovate as a team and independently, 5 days a week.
