Job Posting: Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities Ensure compliance within the maintenance team. Improve processes and find efficiencies in workflow. Troubleshoot and implement cost‑saving techniques and recommend improvements. Lead in the management, training and retention of quality employees. Consistently review pending work orders and allocate them appropriately. Maintain monthly and yearly budget overages. Facilitate property maintenance issues, including scheduling regular maintenance and repair, negotiating contracts with vendors and conducting property inspections. Review turns and make‑ready schedules and delegate work to proper work groups. Qualifications Proven experience in Property Maintenance Experience utilizing Yardi, preferred Three years’ experience as a Manager/Supervisor HVAC certified Pool certification High school diploma or equivalent, preferred Valid Driver’s License Required Testing Criminal Background Check, Non‑DOT Testing, MVR Position Type Hourly Rate Full‑time Competitive pay & benefits (including healthcare & 401k) Position Location San Antonio/TX; Reporting: direct to Community Manager.
