We are looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join a team who is truly caring and fosters a respectful, positive culture. This is a brand new general small animal practice located 45 minutes north of Dallas, Texas. The state-of-the-art facility offers wellness care, preventative medication, treatment for non-emergency aliments, and management of chronic diseases. Here, there will be no pecking order, rigid rules, or added pressure that you may have experienced in a traditional animal hospital. The practice does their best to alleviate all stress and truly support you in every way possible.

This practice also aims to build a team with your support as the doctor to be the most upbeat, team-oriented group around. The practice owner is passionate about finding avenues for the team to pursue opportunities for professional growth and ensuring that the clinic is adequately staffed to reduce stress as the team works together at a manageable pace. In this position, you will have full autonomy to practice medicine the way that you want, and there is no overtime, Sunday shifts, or surgery. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate veterinarian to help truly make a difference in the surrounding area.
