What Makes Handprints Different
- Trauma-Assumed, Play-Based ABA: We emphasize relationship-building, assent, autonomy, naturalistic learning, and compassionate, individualized treatment.
- True Interdisciplinary Care: ABA doesn't operate in a silo at Handprints. Our BCBAs work closely with our in-house
- Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and Physical Therapists to create coordinated treatment plans and support the whole child.
- Clinical Autonomy & a Real Voice: As a locally owned small company, we can listen, adapt, and make changes without layers of corporate bureaucracy. Your clinical expertise matters, and you'll have opportunities to influence programming and the future direction of our ABA services.
- Manageable Caseloads: We intentionally maintain smaller caseloads so BCBAs have the time to provide high-quality supervision, thoughtful programming, caregiver support, and collaboration.
- Hybrid Work Options
- Flexible Scheduling: Manage your schedule with flexibility and utilize flex time throughout the week.
- CEUs Covered: Handprints supports your continued professional development by covering continuing education opportunities.
- Built-In Support: Because we're center-based, you're surrounded by other clinicians, leadership, and colleagues rather than working independently in the field.
- Lead RBT Support: Lead RBTs help support cases and day-to-day clinical implementation.
- Opportunities to Mentor: Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and team members pursuing BCBA certification.
Why Choose Handprints?
At Handprints Therapies, our mission is simple: to help children thrive in a way that honors who they are. Our ABA program is built around that mission. We provide compassionate, trauma-assumed, play-based ABA that prioritizes each child's individual strengths, needs, communication, autonomy, and quality of life.
We are a locally owned, small company, and we believe that makes a meaningful difference for our clinicians. Our BCBAs aren't just implementing programming created several layers above them—they have a true voice in how our ABA program grows and evolves. You'll have autonomy over your clinical programming, direct access to leadership, and the opportunity to help shape clinical practices and initiatives. We value new ideas and want our BCBAs to be active participants in improving the care we provide.
