Marathon TS is seeking a Busines/ Functional Analyst to support one of our clients in the financial technology industry on a long term contract.

We are looking for a business/functional analyst who excels in translating business needs and requirements into technical functionalities and specifications for large size/complexity/systemrisk projects ensuring customers' business problems are solved.

This role encompasses a wide collaboration with several stakeholders such as Enterprise Architects, Solution Architect, Business Analyst and developers, across different tribes/groups.
• You will gather, define and maintain functional requirement specifications in collaboration with stakeholders, ranging from customers, marketing specialists, software developers, quality assurance testers, or customer support specialists
• You will translate customers' business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, and validate proposed solutions to technical and/or business problems in relation to current and future business environment, reconciling business requirements with technical solutions and constraints
• You will produce documents and artefacts with expected high quality and details.
• You will demonstrate your ability to manage multiple sources of information and master the specification of solutions based on a wide spectrum of technologies and techniques, such as web services, distributed architecture, micro-services,...
• You will prepare and conduct requirement workshops, walkthrough, critical review and presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives
• You will support testers in qualification cycles such as understanding of business scenarios and define acceptance/exit criteria
• You will work in a truly international environment with main hubs across 3 continents Qualifications
