Remote Corporate Development Associate - AI Trainer ($50-$60 per hour)

Job Summary As part of the Subway Team, you will focus on seven main tasks: Providing an excellent guest experience Ensuring that great food is prepared and served Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful Scheduling and supervising staff Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security Being a team player Key Responsibilities Managing a staff of 4-12 including assigning and evaluating work Assisting in the planning of special events and promotions in the restaurant, coordinating any training needed to make events successful Assisting with product ordering and inventory as needed Benefits Brand partnership discounts Opportunity to earn university course credits Hands‑on career experience in a restaurant business Prerequisites Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience Essential Functions Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members Computer knowledge is desirable Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate a computerized point of sale system/cash register This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally Receive training on roles and responsibilities Full‑time/part‑time and day/evening/weekend shift positions vary by location Compensation Hourly: $14.75 (Full‑time) #J-18808-Ljbffr
