Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role based in Great Falls, MT. The General Manager will oversee daily operations of the auto repair center, ensuring process efficiency, superior customer satisfaction, and team management. Responsibilities include overseeing financial performance, leading and coaching team members, managing operational goals, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The General Manager will collaborate with team leaders and support staff to uphold Caliber’s values and enhance operational success.

Qualifications

Proven experience in operational leadership, team management, and achieving business goals with a results-oriented mindset
Strong skills in customer service, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive customer experience
Proficiency in business operations including financial analysis, performance metrics, and strategic planning
Knowledge of safety regulations, quality assurance practices, and facility management
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Experience in the automotive or collision repair industry is highly beneficial
Ability to work on-site full-time and demonstrate leadership in a team-centric environment
A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in management or a related field is a plus
