Accounting Manager

Robert Half

Robert Half is supporting a large consulting firm in downtown Chicago. This would be a hybrid role; the ideal candidate will be local to the area with the ability to work in-office. This is a full-time, 40-hour a week schedule contract engagement, with potential to be contract-to-hire.

Responsibilities include:

Financial Reporting
Technical Accounting and Audit Management
Process Management and Special Projects
Cash Management
Team Leadership

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA certification
5+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting
2+ years of experience of leading and managing teams
Professional services experience
Demonstrated success in influencing and engaging stakeholders, building collaborative relationships while managing conflicting priorities
Demonstrated ability to respond positively to changing circumstances, seek and implement change to drive business improvement, and serve as a model of change
Knowledge of Workday
